The media entrepreneur Wolfgang A. Heß has been at home in the media industry since 1990. His fields of activity in the conception and production of audiovisual content range from film, TV and new media at private and public television stations to production houses and agencies. He has also successfully realized numerous projects with his own production company.

In his various functions, he has contributed operationally and administratively to the design and realization of articles, magazines, reports, documentaries, short films and trailers. He has implemented numerous major projects in the areas of process optimization, change management, IT/broadcast technology and technical development/innovation. In the process, he was able to build up comprehensive business, design and technical expertise. His areas of expertise include media management, media business administration, personnel management, media design/dramaturgy, media production, post-production/editing, media technology as well as brand communication and advertising.

After many years of experience in post-production as editor, chief editor and technical director, Wolfgang Heß was a member of the management team at ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG. There, as head of the “On-Air Promotion” department, he managed one of the largest departments in the media group with a team of up to 80 employees. He was responsible for an annual production volume of approx. 20,000 trailers as well as approx. 100 special projects, program and image campaigns. He has received numerous national and international awards for his productions.
